Fees, probate proceedings, guardianships.

483.580. 1. In all probate proceedings in the probate divisions ofthe different circuit courts in this state, there shall be charged againstand collected from the estates or parties requiring the services of theprobate division of the circuit court, court costs in such amounts as aredetermined pursuant to sections 488.010 to 488.020*, RSMo.

2. Except as provided in section 483.550, the court costs provided inthis section shall be charged and collected by the clerk of the probatedivision of the circuit court.
