484.200. Charges against an offending attorney shall be inwriting and verified, and may be preferred by any member of thebar in good standing, or by any judge of a court of recordrequired by law to be a person learned in the law. The chargesmay be exhibited and proceedings had thereon in the supremecourt, in any of the districts of the court of appeals, or in thecircuit court of the county, in which the actions or practicescomplained of shall have been committed or the accused resides.
