Change of address, notice of, effect of.

486.295. Any notary public who changes the address of his or herresidence in the county within and for which he or she is commissionedshall forthwith mail or deliver within thirty days of such change a noticeof the fact to the secretary of state including his or her old address andcurrent address. The notary's commission shall remain in effect until itsexpiration date, unless sooner revoked.
