487.160. Any reference in the statutory laws of this stateto the juvenile division of the circuit court shall be deemed toinclude the family court when involving matters previously withinthe exclusive original jurisdiction of the juvenile division ifsuch inclusion is not in conflict with the provisions of sections487.010 to 487.190.
