488.2253. In every contested case, or case in which the evidence is tobe preserved, except for the collection of delinquent or back taxes, beforeany circuit judge when an official court reporter is appointed, the clerk ofsaid court shall tax up the sum of fifteen dollars, to be collected as othercosts, and paid by said clerk to the director of revenue of the state.
