Court costs--circuit clerk, duties--(statutory liens).

488.305. The clerk of the circuit court shall charge and collect feesfor the clerk's duties as prescribed by sections 429.090 and 429.120, RSMo,in such amounts as are determined pursuant to sections 488.010 to 488.020*,RSMo.
