Deed, evidence upon proof of certain facts.

490.300. Such deed or conveyance, acknowledged or proved andrecorded, according to law, though not recorded within one yearfrom the date thereof, or twenty years before it is offered, maybe read in evidence, upon proof of such facts and circumstancesas, together with the certificate of acknowledgment or proof,shall satisfy the court that the person who executed theinstrument is the person therein named as grantor.
