Production of documentary evidence on taking of deposition, when.

492.280. Upon order of the court in which a cause ispending, a subpoena may command the production of objects anddocumentary evidence on the taking of a deposition, and the courtmay also order a party to produce objects and documentaryevidence on the taking of a deposition.
