General notice given, how and when.

492.480. Parties applying for commissions shall, in additionto the notice required by sections 492.450 to 492.470, give ageneral notice, in the nearest newspaper to the place where thedepositions are to be taken, for four successive weeks, of thetime and place of taking the depositions, and the object thereof.
