Power of supreme court to promulgate rules to harmonize code.

506.030. If any part of this code shall be found to be inconflict or discordant with other parts of this code or withother statutes relating to civil procedure, the supreme courtshall have power to promulgate rules necessary to harmonize thesame so as to promote the orderly administration of justice. Nosuch rule shall abridge, enlarge or modify the substantive rightsof any litigant. Such rules shall be effective until supersededby legislative enactment.
