Clerk's office open, when.

506.090. The clerk's office with the clerk or a deputy inattendance shall be open during business hours on all days exceptSundays and legal holidays. All motions and applications in theclerk's office for issuing mesne process, for issuing finalprocess to enforce and execute judgments, and for otherproceedings which do not require allowance or order of the courtare grantable as of course by the clerk; but this action may besuspended or altered or rescinded by the court upon cause shown.
