Issuance and serving of summons or other process.

506.120. Upon the filing of the petition, the clerk shallforthwith issue the required summons or other process, and exceptas otherwise provided herein deliver it for service to thesheriff or to a person specially appointed to serve it. Uponrequest of the plaintiff, separate or additional summons shallissue against any defendants, including alias and pluriessummons.
