Provisions apply to former residents.

506.220. All provisions of sections 506.200 to 506.320 shallextend to and apply to any such person or persons, who, at thetime that such right or cause of action arose, was or wereresidents of this state, but who have subsequently thereto becomenonresidents of this state.
