Notification of crime victims pending payment.

506.390. Before payment of any compensatory damages awarded to anoffender in connection with a civil action brought against any correctionalfacility or against any official or agent of such correctional facility,the attorney general shall make reasonable efforts to notify the victims ofthe crime for which the offender was convicted and incarcerated concerningthe pending payment of any such compensatory damages.
