Actions against counties, where instituted.

508.060. All actions whatsoever against any county shall becommenced in the circuit court of such county, and prosecuted tofinal judgment and execution therein, unless removed by change ofvenue to some other county, in which case the action or actionsso removed shall be prosecuted to final judgment and execution inthe circuit court of such other county.
