Additional parties made defendants when required for counterclaim orcross-claim.

509.470. When the presence of parties other than those tothe original action is required for the granting of completerelief in the determination of a counterclaim or cross-claim, thecourt shall order them to be brought in as defendants as providedin this code if jurisdiction of them can be obtained.
