Abolishment of motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict andmotion in arrest of judgment.

510.380. The motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdictand the motion in arrest of judgment are hereby abolished and theobjections which were heretofore made on such motions may beraised in a motion for a new trial or upon motion filed at thesame time as is required for motion for a new trial, praying forappropriate relief in the premises.
