Judgment interlocutory against only part of the defendants.

511.130. When there are several defendants in a suit, andsome of them appear and plead and others make default, aninterlocutory judgment by default may be entered against such asmake default, and the cause may proceed against the others; butonly one final judgment shall be given in the action.
