Effect of judgment for conveyance.

511.300. When an unconditional judgment shall be made for aconveyance, release or acquittance, and the party required toexecute the same shall not comply therewith, such judgment shallbe considered and taken to have the same operation and effect andbe as available as if the conveyance, release or acquittance hadbeen executed conformably to the judgment.
