Execution and revival sued out where judgment was rendered--exceptmagistrate judgments.

511.480. 1. Sections 511.460 to 511.480 shall be deemed toauthorize the court where such transcript shall be filed to issueexecutions on such judgment or decree and to exercise all powersincident to the judgment including judgment debtor proceedings,and a scire facias to revive such judgment or decree or lien.

2. Transcripts of judgments described in section 511.440shall not authorize the courts where such transcripts shall befiled to issue executions thereon or to issue a scire facias torevive such judgments, but they shall issue and be sued out ofthe court where the original judgment or decree was rendered.
