Further entries to be made in docket.

511.650. Such docket shall contain, in columns ruled forthat purpose: First, the names of the parties; second, the date;third, the nature of the judgment or decree; fourth, the amountof debt, damages and costs; fifth, the book and page in which itis entered; sixth, a column for entering a note of thesatisfaction or other disposition thereof.
