Definitions.

511.773. As used in sections 511.770 to 511.787:

(1) "Foreign country" means any governmental unit other thanthe United States, or any state, district, commonwealth,territory, or insular possession thereof;

(2) "Foreign country judgment" means any judgment of aforeign country granting or denying recovery of a sum of money,other than a judgment for taxes, a fine or other penalty, or ajudgment for support in matrimonial or family matters.
