Habeas corpus proceedings for custody of minor child, who may appeal.

512.025. Any party may appeal to the court of appeals from adecision in a habeas corpus proceeding involving the custody of aminor child where there is in effect, at the time of the hearingon the writ, no prior court order determining custody. Suchappeal shall be expedited by the court in every mannerpracticable.
