Bond filed, when.

512.090. If a supersedeas bond is not filed within the timespecified, or if the bond filed is found insufficient, and if theaction is not yet transferred to the appellate court, a bond maybe filed at such time before the action is so transferred to theappellate court, as may be fixed by the trial court. After theaction is so transferred, application for leave to file a bondmay be made only in the appellate court.
