Transcript, when filed.

512.130. The transcript on appeal shall be filed with, andthe action transferred to, the appellate court within ninety daysfrom the date of filing of the notice of appeal, except that,when more than one appeal is taken from the same judgment ororder to the same appellate court, the trial court may prescribethe time for filing and transferring, which in no event shall beless than ninety days from the date of filing of the first noticeof appeal.
