Defendant may elect what property shall be sold.

513.095. The person against whom any execution shall beissued may elect what property, real or personal, shall be soldto satisfy the same; and if he give to the officer a list of theproperty so selected sufficient to satisfy such execution, theofficer shall levy upon the property, and no other, if in hisopinion it is sufficient; if not, then upon such additionalproperty as shall be sufficient.
