Deed for real estate to be executed--its recitals.

513.275. The officer who shall sell any real estate, orlease of lands and tenements for more than three years, shallmake to the purchaser a deed, to be paid for by the purchaser,reciting the names of the parties to the execution, the date whenissued, the date of the judgment, order or decree, and otherparticulars, as recited in the execution; also a description ofthe property, the time, place and manner of the sale, whichrecital shall be received as evidence of the facts thereinstated.
