Judge to certify and return petition to the court--proceedings.

513.370. The judge shall return such petition andproceedings thereon, duly certified, to the court out of whichthe execution was issued, or order of sale is made returnable,and the clerk of such court shall enter the same upon his motiondocket; and the court shall hear and determine the same in asummary way, according to right and justice, and may award aperpetual stay of such execution or order of sale, or may orderthe execution or order of sale to be enforced.
