Showing of reasonable ground for order required.

513.385. The order above provided for shall issue only incase it be made to appear to the court or judge, by affidavit orother evidence satisfactory to the court or judge, that there isreasonable ground to believe that such judgment debtor hasproperty subject to execution, or has conveyed or attempted toconvey his property, with a design to defraud, hinder or delayhis creditors, such affidavit to be made to the best of theknowledge and belief of the affiant.
