513.425. Any person holding or who may hereafter hold ajudgment against another, who is about to leave the state, mayhave an execution issued against the property and effects of suchperson, or any part thereof, sufficient to satisfy said judgmentand all costs that have accrued or may hereafter accrue. Inenforcing such execution no exemptions shall be allowed theexecution debtor.
