Statute of limitations.

513.630. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, aproceeding under this act* may be commenced up until five yearsafter the conduct terminates or the cause of action accrues. Ifa criminal prosecution or civil action is brought by the staterelating to conduct which would constitute criminal activity asdefined in section 513.605, then the running of the period oflimitations shall be suspended during the pendency of suchprosecution or action by the state and for five years thereafter.
