514.210. When any suit or proceeding, instituted in the nameof the state or any county, on the relation or in behalf or forthe use of any private person, and where a suit shall becommenced in the name of one person to the use of another, theperson for whose use the action is brought shall be held liableto the payment of all costs. And in all such cases, as wellwhere there is security for costs, or where the attorney isliable for the same, judgment for costs shall be rendered againstthe person for whose use the action is brought, the security orattorney, in like manner and to the same extent as if the suit orproceeding had been instituted in his own name.
