Oath of referees.

515.050. Before proceeding to hear any testimony in thecause, they shall take and subscribe an oath before some officerduly authorized to administer an oath, faithfully and fairly tohear and examine the cause, and to make a just, impartial andtrue report, according to the best of their understanding, whichoath shall be filed and returned with the award.
