Limitation on action for sexual contact by certain persons.

516.371. Notwithstanding any provision of law to thecontrary, there shall be a ten-year statute of limitation on anyaction for damages for personal injury caused to an individual bya person within the third degree of affinity or consanguinity whosubjects such individual to sexual contact, as defined in section566.010, RSMo.
