Who may sue on bond--damages, how assessed.

521.110. The bond given by the plaintiff, or other person,in a suit by attachment, may be sued on at the instance of anyparty injured, in the name of the state, to the use of suchparty, for the breach of the condition of such bond, and thedamages shall be assessed thereon as on bonds with collateralcondition.
