Bond and affidavit filed before circuit clerk issues writ ofattachment.

521.740. If there be not a sufficient affidavit and bondcertified with the associate circuit judge's record, and otherpapers in the cause, the clerk shall not issue a writ ofattachment until a sufficient affidavit and bond be filed.
