Suits on official bonds--in whose name to be brought.

522.020. In all cases where, by the law of this state, anyperson is authorized to prosecute a suit to his own use, on anyofficial bond, he shall sue in the name of the state, or otherobligee named in the bond, stating in the process, pleadings,proceedings and record in such action, that the same is broughtat the relation and to the use of the person so suing.
