Any party aggrieved may sue.

522.050. Any other party aggrieved may, in like manner,prosecute an action on such official bond, and the pendency ofany suit, at the relation of any other person on such bond, or ajudgment recovered by or against any other person on such bond,shall not abate or in any manner affect such suit, or theproceedings thereon, except as herein provided.
