522.060. When parties may again prosecute.

When parties may again prosecute.

522.060. Any person who may have recovered any judgment uponsuch official bond may, in like manner, again prosecute an actionon such bond, whenever he is aggrieved by any default ordelinquency other than such as shall have been the subject of theformer suit, and shall proceed therein as herein provided.
