Provisions of this chapter relating to official bonds shall apply tosuits against executors and others.

522.150. The provisions of this chapter in relation to suitson official bonds shall apply as well to suits on bonds ofpersonal representatives, guardians, conservators and othersrequired by law to give bond, with conditions for the performanceof any duty or trust, as to suits on bonds of officers; and thepersons aggrieved may prosecute suits in the same manner, andwith like effect, and shall be subject, in all respects, to theprovisions herein contained in respect to suits on officialbonds, and the court shall possess the same power in relation tosuch suits.
