What plaintiff must show to recover.

524.080. To entitle the plaintiff to recover, it shall besufficient for him to show that, at the time of the commencementof the action, the defendant was in possession of the premisesclaimed, and that the plaintiff had such right to the possessionthereof as is declared by this chapter to be sufficient tomaintain the action.
