Answer of garnishee excepted to, adjudged insufficient--proceedings.

525.180. The plaintiff may except to the answer of thegarnishee for insufficiency, and if the same shall be adjudgedinsufficient, the court may allow the garnishee to amend hisanswer in such time and on such terms as shall be just, or theplaintiff may take judgment by default, or move the court toattach the body of the garnishee, to compel a sufficient answer.
