Filing of petition and return of injunction bond.

526.040. Before any party shall be entitled to theinjunction herein provided, he shall have filed in the circuitcourt, or in the office of the clerk thereof, having jurisdictionof the suit, his petition setting forth his cause of action; andwhen the injunction shall be granted by the circuit judge, itshall be in writing, signed by the judge, and returned togetherwith the bond, to the office of the clerk of the circuit courtwherein such petition shall have been filed, and become a part ofthe record in said cause.
