Conservators may act for disabled persons.

528.100. The conservators of the estates of minors anddisabled persons, appointed according to law, are herebyauthorized, in behalf of their respective protectees, to do andperform any matter or thing respecting the division of any lands,tenements or hereditaments, as herein directed, which shall bebinding on such protectee, and deemed as valid to every purposeas if the same had been done by such protectee after hisdisabilities are removed.
