Parcels, set off to the parties, to be held and enjoyed by them, how.

528.180. If partition be made according to such judgment,and the report of the commissioners, as herein directed, beconfirmed, the parcel so set off to several parties shallthereafter be held and enjoyed by them, in like portions and inthe same estate as they before had in the whole.
