Compensation of commissioners.

528.220. The commissioners appointed in pursuance of thischapter shall be entitled to receive for every day they shall beemployed in effecting such division such sum or compensation asmay be determined and fixed by the court; and the chainmen andmarkers, aiding in any survey authorized by this chapter, shallbe entitled to receive for their services such sum orcompensation as may be fixed by the court, which sum orcompensation shall be reported by the commissioners and taxed andcollected as other costs.
