Sheriff to report to court--report shall contain what.

528.450. After completing the sales, the sheriff shallreport his proceedings to the court, with a description to thedifferent parcels of the land sold, the name of the purchaser andthe price bid, which report shall be filed in the court; he shallalso file in the clerk's office an accurate statement of allmoneys received, and all costs and expenses paid or incurred inthe transaction of the business including the costs for extendingor compiling an abstract or abstracts of title to such land orlands, and the court shall allow such as are legal andreasonable.
