Majority of commissioners may act.

528.540. A majority of the commissioners, in all cases,shall have power to act; and all sales made under the foregoingprovisions shall be made by the sheriff of the county in whichsuch lands, tenements or hereditaments, or any portion of them,may be situate, or by a special commissioner appointed by thecourt for that purpose.
