Court to order sale of lots, when.

528.560. In every case where the commissioners may divideany tract of land into lots, and lay out avenues, streets, lanesor alleys, as provided by section 528.270, the court may orderthe sale of such lots, if, in its opinion, the sale of the samewould be beneficial to the parties in interest, and divide theproceeds among the parties in interest, according to theirrespective rights therein.
