Time allowed for making return and pleadings.

529.100. The court issuing any writ of mandamus may allowthe person to whom such writ shall be directed, or other personwho shall sue out or prosecute the same, such convenient time,respectively, to make return, plead, answer, reply or direct amotion to a pleading, as to the court shall seem just andreasonable.
